It's painful to move my jaw now. As the title says, my jaw seems to be making a bubbly-liquid sound every time I move it (opening mouth, closing). It started happening ever since I was at the dentist to open my mouth wide normal teeth check. When it was all finished for me to close my jaw, the sound started happening, so I did something I don't think was a smart idea and moved it, and rubbed it. I think it became worse. I'm scared and have a phobia of surgery. What is it? Is it serious?! Can it heal over time?
