I am a male 29 yrs old and or the past month I have been dealing with a new health problem. I have been getting very bad shivers "mild trembles" like the ones you get when you are very very cold except I am not cold. When it started I thought that maybe I just had a mild chill and would turn up the heat in the house or have a hot shower, sometimes it helped but most often it did not help at all. I also noticed that it seem to get worse when I am upset or angry or nervous it will get so bad that my teeth chatter and my limbs will tremble quite noticeably
I have been having problems with bad bad headaches and the osteoarthritis in my knee has been worse than ever " very bad swelling that does not go away on its own or with the use of naproxen" Unsure if its related or not but thought id mention it. I have been taking t1's "the over the counter acetaminophen with codeine" about 1200mg of acetaminophen a day to deal with the head and knee pain, as my family doctor does not believe in narcotic pain meds and feel that the t1's are my last resort to allow me to keep working full time. i have discontinued the t1's for up to a week with no relief of the shivery trembles i have also given up coffee for almost 2 to date to try and figure out what is causing this. I cant think of anything else that would be causing this please any suggestions my family doctor is almost useless unless its something like a simple infection so im starting to loose hope thanks

Hi, i am male 36 and i thought i was the only one feeling this. I have high blood pressure and have been on medication for the last 6 months but my BP always stays high especially during the night time. Last few months i have had breathing problems to such an extent that i went to the emergency and they said its nothing. I still do get that and feel as if my stomach is throbbing, i go to the toilet atleast twice to pass out my stools. I have had all sorts of indigestion tablets and got endoscopy done which was clear no problems. I get very bad shivers especially when i am angry or emotional, but when i pass out stool its better. Recently my right leg and knee hurts so much feels like my knee is going to give out anytime as i have had my Anterior cruciate ligament broken few years ago.
Medicines havent really hepled pain killers or anything, so if you do come across anything please email me or if i come across something i will reply to you.
