So a week or so ago I received oral sex from a girl I knew. A couple days ago or so The tip of my penis on the inside would burn when I pee. It didn't hurt once I stopped but only once I pee. I woke up this morning and I went to use the restroom and I was about to pee and I kinda just squeezed the head of my penis and white stuff came out I'm assuming it was the discharge. Should I be worried that I have aquired a std? I havnt had time to go to a clinic yet but I'll be going soon. Is their anything I could take over the counter to help me? Or should I just go to the clinic?

Go to the clinic.
You need to find out WHAT is causing the discharge. Any medication, if it is an infection, would be prescription based and not over the counter.
It can be a UTI as well. Both an STD and UTI do need to be treated ASAP.
