Well, I think this is just ovulation related. It seems to me that my ovulation started being too noticeable as I grew older (26). Some years before, I never noticed any symptoms during ovulation and didn’t even know when it was happening. In addition, I never had any PMS symptoms either until recently.
Now, I can literally say when I am ovulating. If not the exact day, but approximately then. I get additional clear-whitish mucus, which is common for ovulation because estrogen makes additional to allow sperm to easier travel to the egg to fertilize it. Besides the excessive mucus I experience pain in the ovaries, as well as low abdominal pain.
I get the similar symptoms just before my period would start. I get excessive mucus, low back and low abdominal pain, as well as ovarian pain.
I don’t know there is nothing wrong with me because I had my annual tests and I learned about these common symptoms. I contribute these symptoms to our age and the possibility of our body letting is know/reminding us it is time to give birth. It is how I see it.
If you are still worried, or if your pains become too hard to come with, you should see a gyn to make sure you don’t have problems with ovarian cysts, endometriosis, or something else.

I am 20 and I have had the same symptoms since i was 14 so its diffently normal. Nothing to worry about. I went to the doctors and they said that some women have more normal discharge and some have less. I knwo that it should make u feel better to knwo that this is completely normal and that other women have the same. But feel free to ask a doctor.

Hi there, if your discharge is a greenish color, I suggest you go to the doctor. It sounds like you have an infection.
