I've been reading all your posts and what i wanted to ask is what does everyone mean by electrical jolts coming off zoloft? I'm wondering if i am having the same problem. I was on zoloft for about 6 yrs, and recently as of 5 days ago i have been off them. I tapered off somewhat dr's instructions were to take 50 miligrams for about 2 wks then 25 milligrams for another 2 wks then done. I was pretty ok for about the first 2 days now im getting this dizzy kind of feeling in my head the only way to describe this bettter is to say for instance i was sitting at the bank writing out a deposit slip and when i had to get up when i turned to look at the girl i felt this wierd dizzi feeling. I've been getting it alot, almost like when your about to get the flu or coming down with something you have those kind of dizzy spells in your head and you know your getting sick? I dont know ? Can someone please tell me if they can relate to this?? I am very curious and also i forgot to mention i have some nausea too. This is no fun! Please someone write back :(
The jolt is a feeling that can be mild like your foot is asleep, or musle twitch. Jolt can feel like an electric shock that shoots through your brain an all the way down to your toes, or hands.
