My daughter has been diagnosed with bi-polar last year. she is 41 years old. I understand denial is a big component, but she insists her problem is with her thyroid, not her brain. I do know years ago a doctor thought she had a problem with her pituatary gland. Is that related at all to thyroid also?
In other words, does her denial have any truth that should be followed up on.
Thank you.
I'm not sure if I can find this site again so if you could email a response also my email is _[removed]_
