I've been training for a 50K so my miles have increased. I've noticed that sometimes I can feel a bump in my arch. I can't feel it with my hand only when I'm running. It's not painful at all, only when I'm sitting down sometimes I can feel it tingling. I've noticed it's getting slightly worse but still not painful. Anybody feel this before?

I wonder if it is just some nerves tightening up from all the training or something to tight in your shoes?
