i have develped tiny bumps across my entire lips. the first break out was about a year and a half ago and has appeared around 4 times since. they feel like cold sores and ooz when i apply medicine like campo phenque. they become dry and ichty and some times slightly painful(the feeling of a cold sore. please help me i hope i dont have herpes
