I am having the exact same problems!
It seems that my girlfriend is now experiencing these symptoms now aswell.
Its been almost 6 months now and its getting a bit concerning that it wont go away..
Ive had an MRI and all the relevant tests and no doctors understand what im talking about.. or merely dismiss it saying its regarding my diet etc.. it isnt.

Just wanting to know if the same problem you all had was cured, as a lot of these posts were made a while ago.

Please let me know
Thanks!

Again I am the same as all of you. I like the comment I do not feel in this world it about sums it up. I sleep but always feel tired, my vision appears blurry but it is not, I am lightheaded and also find it difficult to concentrate. Sometimes even my words do not come out right. It is so frustrating. I have yet to see the doctor but I fear I will get the same old tests.

I am about to finish the last part of my MBA at really feel it is going to be so difficult

I had the lighthead, dizzy& the other things too. I had them for a long time, because i hate going to the doctor & i don't have the money. But i findly gave in. Because it got so bad i could only sleep about a hour at a time & i would have to wear myself totally out . I couldn't handle anymore,& thought of just ending it would be better. at least i would have some peace.Anyway, i was talked into going to doctor. He said my hormones imbalanced & stressed out& i need to get my day &nights back in the order. He gave me a prescription to sleep, but it didn't work. I went wallmart & got over the counter sleeping pills & one kind actually work.I took them for about 2 or 3 weeks & weened my self off of them . I noticed as soon as some real sleep , i felt so much better. this was really hard because i usually have 5 kids at my house most of the time &the youngest one was 2 at the time. I hope this info will help some one out there.THERE IS HOPE!

Youmost likel are dehydratedto a certain extent. Most of us are and things don't work right when we are. I had the same symptoms, and was told to drink more water. it worked. are with you guys that since about a month now I have had very similar issues. Lightheadedness, dizziness, weird vision, headaches, even ringing in the ears.
My bloodpressure goes up sometimes but then when i check it on my own at the pharmacy it's fine, i cant sleep properly and wake up feeling panic sometimes. Also I can't seem to think clearly anymore and that bothers me a lot aswell.

I know there is a slight issue with my neck discs and I know it could have to do with that too. doctors just seem to prescribe quick pills for me but i am afraid to take those now , because I took percocet about 6 months ago for a week straight for kidneystones and it messed me up phyically and mentally.
so i dont want to try pills.

I am a guy that was at the gym every two days running and doing weights I dont think it has to do with lack of exercise.
Any other ideas?

I recently started experiencing this as well.

I can't conentrate, feel all out of it and tired and lazy. I open up my books and feel like i can't see straight. I'm in my graduating year of university and it could be that i'm stressed out about it without even realizing. Most of you seem to have high anxiety/stress as well. I've started taking multi-vitamins and Iron pills because I am somewhat anemic.

I'm happy to see that i'm not the only one experiencing this..i was afraid it would be something worse than stress...but i dont have any side effects (ex. pain, non-regular periods, etc.)

I didn't realize stress could do this much to a person..or people.. =(

I had a severe case of vertigo for a good part of my life. All the doctors that I saw never had any real answers for me. Until one day I read an article on Aspartame poisoning. It made sense to me. I was a big diet soda drinker. I grew up with diabetic parents so there was never any real sugar in anything, always the fake stuff. Well once I read the article, I decided to give up the diet soda and all fake sugar substitutes. Within a month I was feeling much better. My life has been totally turned around. I still have a few episodes every now and then of the dizziness and blurred vision, mostly when I'm not getting enough sleep. But for the most part, giving up all sugar substitutes has changed my life.

My advise for you is to read all food labels and know what you are putting into your body. You wouldn't believe how many foods have a sugar substitute in it.

I sometimes feel all of these symptoms specially during the early morning hours, I have checked all my physical levels and I am fine. I exercise regularly, eat super healthy, and have a good social life. I thing tha my problem have to do with the stressful marriage that I´ve been for over 8 years that is taking a tow on my mental health, maybe is making me depressed, or just out of hope because I just ca not get out of it.

I seem to get symptoms like lightheadedness, dizziness and just overall confusion in my actions after I have been drinking and it stays with me for upwards of a week. I drank on Friday night (Halloween) and I woke up Saturday morning feeling fine, it wasn't till later that afternoon that I began to get the same feeling I was expecting to get. Anyone know how to get rid of it? I am stopping drinking from now on as this problem sometimes lasts weeks and it's affecting me in so many ways! :'(

I have been feeling the same way as alot of yous. I feel lightheaded like I am floating and I feel tired, sometimes I get headaches. I also sometimes get real hot and start to sweat. Another symptom I get is like I cant breath, and I have like a rubberband or something around my throat. I will sometimes feel like a am confused or I cant think. I went to my Dr. and she said I have General Anxiety Disorder(GAD). So she prescribed me Paxil, I haven't used it yet. I try to deal with it on my own but sometimes it gets so frusterating cuz it just doesnt go away, and I just want to be myself. But I hate taking any kind of medication. I am only 20 years old, and I would like to enjoy my life and not worry about going places because Im affraid I will have an Anxiety attack.

First of all, I think there's no need to mention things like cancer. The last thing people experiencing these symptoms need is more reasons to worry.

I've experienced these symptoms and more for quite a long time. I know how they can drive you crazy. One thing is for sure, and was already mentioned, if you think about it it gets worse. If you are feeling nervous, stressed, tense, the muscles on your neck contract and you feel you can't relax. This causes "weird" headaches or numbness/tickling on the back of your head. Eventually you will feel light headed, dizzy, tired. You can't focus on anything and even remembering small things becomes hard. Your head is under a lot of pressure.

Because you're always so tense, stressed, nervous, even if you don't realise it, you can't relax and therefore you can't rest. I usually describe it as a fight between my head and my body. My body is really tired but my head doesn't want me to sleep. So nights get really hard, some people feel their heart pulsating and others can even hear very loud noises, like screams and such (that was my case). BUT, I had a really bad deppression. We must think that most of us are just going through a rough time. Keep positive! Keep your head busy and do things you like! Don't worry and soon it will go away! Once you understand what you are feeling and why it gets really easy to overcome, honest.

My symptoms are so similar to everyone else's that reading this post has helped me to feel better. I have been suffering from anxiety for about a year now, and some aspects I have been able to control, but others have become worse. The eye sight one is something that always seems to get to me. I am constantly feeling lightheaded and afraid of passing out, and the moment I start thinking about it, it seems to get worse. I can't even leave my house without making sure I have had enough to eat and drink so that I won't think I am going to pass out. I have noticed when I make an effort to eat healthy and exercise, I feel stronger, and I do believe that eating habits can have something to do with these feelings. I was wondering if anyone had found something non perscription to help with these symptoms ( a particular type of yoga/ meditation).

I too suffer these symptoms. About a months ago my chest began to feel a little bit weak and I become quite light headed and dizzy. I also lost my appetite and become perpetually tired and needed about 10 hours of sleep per night to even function. My mum has a history of low blood pressure (I'm a dude) and she also has Chronic Fatigue/ME. I feel a tiny bit "out of this world" but not much. Also a few days ago my vision become blurred momentarily a few times. It felt like the retina of my left eye had detached partially and the bottom left corner of my vision become super blurry until I blinked profusely and made it stop.

I smoked weed about 4 weeks ago and it was a different type to what I usually smoke (I usually smoke only once a month) I got massive head spins from the resin and a bit of a trip. I have not smoked since then and don't plan on it. My cousin also died about a month ago too, but I am almost 100% sure that my cousins deaths nor my occasional marijuana use. The death of my cousin also resulted in me falling a fair bit behind in year 11 school where i do pretty hard subjects. Add this to the fact that my work ethic is minimal to non existent and I become a bit stressed in school, but I didn't care enough to become anxious or anything so I think I can discount this too.

Using my symptoms and past, does anybody with some qualifications have ideas about what could be wrong? I am going to a doctor soon but they are usually pretty useless.
