First, call 911.

Second, try to rouse her.

Third, get some syrup of ipacak and read the directions.

You're going to need help, so summon an adult to assist you.

And, don't let her relax and fall asleep. If you haven't already called for an ambulance do that. Or call for the police and have them do it for you.
