Tonsillectomy 18yearold (very concerned!)

Hi I'm an 18 year old girl and on day 9 post tonsilectomy.. First off to original posting author of this i thank you so damn much.. Im in my bathroom sitting on the sink in the mirror in tears from this, worried WHY AM I NOT BETTER?!? And your post was Extreeeemely helpful while cheering me up with hope at the same time. Okay Heres my situation and a few questions: Tonsilectomy was on July 11th and today is July, 20th 2013 The surgery went someone smooth i got the old fashioned cut em out and burn the stuff... 1st day afterwards i was absolutely incoherent and loopy.. Hardly any pain. 2nd day ... I had still not eaten or consumed any form of nutrition since having to begin fasting the day prior .. So thats 2 full days no food. Point being, i actually ended up having something that looke like a seizure.. I apparently blacked out in public shaking and peed myself (f*****g embarrassing) but the lack of food and strrrong pain meds made my blood sugar drop dangerously low.. Woke up in the E.R. And they said i had abnormal swelling. Ended up spending the night there with a breathing mask with medicated mist and with morphine in my IV ... That was post tonsilectomy heaven. Okay so after spending the night there i was now on day 3 This day SUCKEDD once hosipital pain protection had worn off i was in so much pain.. Thinking this was quite possibly the worst it could be, damn was i WRONG. day 4- 7 : JUST F**K THAT! Day 8: (yesterday) I forced myself to go to an atmosphere and slightly stupid concert two hours away i just couldnt miss it for the world.. Anywho guess what i left all the way behind on accident by grabbing the wrong bottle? Yep my pain meds! All i grabbed was amoxicillin .. Kay so concert went on and EXTREME pain kept rushing through, so overwhelming tried everything to put it aside .. I actually at one point fell completely silent and my friends noticed tears were just silently pouring from my face. I didnt want to bring them down so i kept it all to myself mostly.. But i was in SUCH severe pain.. Then the lead singer of slightly stoopid handed me a joint .. Yea i had no choice being the fan i am. But this was the best/WORST decision of my life... Pain on ride home was so intense i started to gag repeatedly for about 7 minutes then fought it away. Oh super important thing i missed : the last 3 days ive had this sharp feeling on my right tonsilectomy wound that resembles the feeling of a broken glass shard stuck in a wound cavity.. I continuously have been feeling this stronger and stronger until tonight i went to the ER unable to bare it. But the as****e doctor made it sound like was overreacting and "everything looked normal" i assured him something IS WEDGED IN THERE.. He said no i dont see anything WELL.. Im now in current moment in the mirror with my iphone light in the bathroom and i notice the roof of my mouth has a weird empty space in the very back that is like a shelf , and completely unable to see from facing my face.. Basically picture if my head was transparent youd be able to see it from the back, but from the front you cant see because "the shelf" is tucked up, meaning the top of my roof of my mouth is hollow in the very back.. But meaning i have Q-tips and trying to clean that out (worried something foreign is stuck there, because it feels like it) Im trying to swipe out anything there, but everytime i try EXTREME pain hits me and i stop immediately. But so far i can notice its oozing and bleeding unpleasent things up there, im now having a very bad taste in my mouth after disrupting whats up there, and its burning, almost as if something acidic is leaking in my throat. My biggest concerns #1 is my attempt to clean this with q-tips helpful or dangerous and could it trigger the scary contious bleeding? #2 is hydrogen peroxide bad to useto clean at this stage? #3 same question as above ^^only with mouthwash? #4 does it sound by what i described towards the end of my post to possibly be an incection? Thank you to whoever read this... Please help me sooner than later , im literally still sitting on the bathroom counter with watery eyes. ),: This suckkkks so much, i want to time jump to a month forward and skip it all.
