So i had a lump appear on my penis.

Turns out it is a boil.

My groin got swollen, (Lymph node swollen due to the infection).

Anyway, the thing really concerning me, is, beneath the skin on my penis, I can feel something, sort of tube shaped. Which is causing me a lot of pain. It get narrower the further away from the boil it goes, and leads into my pubic region.

It is a tugging pain, For example, I can masturbate or have sex, as the tugging hurts on this tube.

Any idea what this could be?!

Or how to solve it?
