I am already a bit older and it's no big surprise that arthritis is rearing its ugly face, I guess. Still, it is amazingly annoying and quite painful at times. I have been taking tylenol against the pain but am not sure if it is OK to do that on a regular basis. Can anyone tell me more?
Tylenol can affect your liver if you take it too often, and it should not be used as a routine pain killer. Besides, it can be addictive as well. There must be better alternatives, like drugs that actually make the arthritis go away rather than just stifling the symptoms. Go and have a chat with your doctor!
