OK somebody please help with some good advice, I have the same yellowy puss like looking goo coming out of my penis, I also have some kind of ulcer under my foreskin which absolutely kills when I try to wash my penis. then I also go pain just above my penis and around my abdomen. I have been sleeping around with quite a few different girls and most of the time i'm drunk and not having protected sex. hmmm. stupid me. Hope it's really not bad news. I will go to the doctor if it does not start clearing up in the next day or 2.
Please somebody advise if you think you may know what it could be?

The yellow pus indicates that you have some kind of infection. I don't know what kind of infection you have, but you had best get to a doctor and get it checked out and get a prescription for whatever kind of antibiotic is indicated.
