Hi there

Im 27, and ever since ive known ive always had the same size testicles and penis and as far as i can remember they have never developed or "dropped", I also have a few small white warts on my shaft which have never caused pain or been a problem but are always there.

It is quite embarrassing to have basically pre-puberty private parts but thats not the main worry really, its whether or not its a health problem and whether or not it will cause fertility problems in the future?

Any help would be appreciated.

DJ
Just seeing if anyone has any help for me on this one please..

The wee white warts are natural, they have a name for them but they are hugely common. They are just like glans.

If you ever look at a chicken that has no feathers on them, they are full of these wee white spots... These are the glans of the chicken.

2 years later and I can't believe no one answered the poor guy. YESYESYES, it is a huge health issue! YOu need to be seen by an experienced urologist AND by an endocrinologist.

It can be either Klinefelter syndrome (genetic issues, XXy) or hypogonadism (hormone related). In both cases you need testosterone replacement therapy. If not, there is no way fertility will ever be achieved. Also, sex will be difficult and there will be tons of other problems (osteoporosis/brittle bones) shortened life span etc. You NEED to see a doctor!!!!!!

as for the person with the nephew, it is NOT NORMAL!!! The longer you wait with treatment, the worse it will get! Again cryptorchidism (that's the name of it) can be helped, but needs to be done fast, most often riht at birth! 4 years would still be ok, but you need to hurrry!! If not, if the testes are undescended in the abdomen, they can grow cancer (happens very often). Forget fertility, forget sex, forget normal male development (he will always be physically immature). Undescended or inexistent testes means no testosterone at puberty. Meaning no puberty, very little growth etc....

oing to a doctor is very important! Come on, my dog had undescended testes and I had him operated and it was my DOG not my child!!!
Geez! Some parents should really not be permitted to parent.

I have the same problem the guy has. I am 24 now from Nigeria but still have undeveloped penis and testicles. My worst fears is that I may end up not being able to have a child. I usually get erections and have had sex a number of times but my penis looks too small and most of the time I am so ashamed to bring it out. I ejaculate but the sperms are so empty and my fear is that the sperm cannot be able to fertilize. Please I need an advice.

Thanks to all of you wonderful people.

I believe you have a case of Micropenis syndrome. Now it may be too late for testostorone treatment but there are things that can be done go to your GP and talk to them about it

I cannot BELIEVE you are saying this 'person' needs testosterone! I am intersex. I have just had another blood test for testicular failure. How long will it yake the nhs to realise that i was never male?

My son was born with 1 undescended testicle, however my 1st baby was a girl (he was my 2nd) so I did not realize there was a problem. During a well baby ckup I told the Dr I thought one of his testicles was swollen. This was when he told me one was undescended and that it would drop on its own. 2 yrs later I had a different pediatrician ( we were military) who read me the riot act for not tending to the situation. Surgery was performed and they found that it never developed at all, but the Dr. said it could have become cancerous. My advice to all is to see a Dr. either a Pediatrician or if you are adult a urologist and keep going to different Drs until you get a satisfactory resolution to the situation. Hope this is helpful
