I have recently just become sexually active like 2 weeks ago but I have been on birth control for like two years. One day last week I skipped a pill but I took it as soon as I remembered, so since then my schedule for taking my pills have been thrown off. This weekend after I had sex I began to spot a little so I took my birth control right after which was earlier than usual. The next day I began to bleed which isnt my period because its not scheduled until 2 more days. Im scared because I dont know why I was bleeding due to my skipped day and not taking my pills at the same time or if I could be pregnant.
Sometimes spotting before your period is normal it's excess blood from before.
