Hi, I have been experiencing irregular periods for a while now. This month I took a birth control pill and a week later experienced bleeding for 4days but it wasn’t much. Just a size of a clot for all four days. Had sex again multiple times after and I am five days late according to my chart. My skin feels sensitive, I have a flu and a sore throat. My muscles feel sore and my back aches too! Tested today and it was negative. What could it be?
