Is it normal to have discharge from the urethra after the LEEP procedure? For about 1 week it was a vaginal discharge, but within the last few days, the same discharge (black with strong odor) is now coming through the urethra. Is this normal?

Hi! I am not sure how leep would be connected to the urethral discharge when cervix and urethra and bladder are totally separated and have no contact.
First you need to make sure that the discharge is urethral. Vaginal discharge is normal sometime after leep and you may use a pad until it stops. Vaginal discharge may even persist up to two months.
Urethral discharge is usually associated with bacterial infections especially sexually transmitted bacteria, and if you are sure that the discharge (especially black) is coming from urethra, then you need to talk to your gynecologist as soon as possible.
I mean, blood can occur in the urine but then it is certainly bacterial infection and it may be coming somewhere from the kidney area, or bladder and urethra itself.
