Can having NSU cause kidney problems later in life.

Non specific urethritis is basically infection of your urethra, but it can be caused by many sorts of bacteria. Still, as long as the infection is treated and completely eradicated, NSU should not lead to any chronic kidney problems.

Since you already know that you should try your best to avoid getting UTIs and similar infections, you might have a big benefit from drinking cranberry juice regularly because it has mild antibiotic properties. Also, good general health is the biggest part of what body needs to prevent these types of infections, so, chances are you will not have any permanent kidney problems on the account of NSU infection.
