NOOOOO!!!! Do NOT use soap or shampoo!!! The soap will make your skin raw and it will irritate it, also if you get any in the urethra it's going to burn and cause lots of issues.

it depends on if you are circumcised or not on how you may want to try but don't worry I'll help with each.

Circumcised:
-use lube, best thing for lube is lube, there is no age limit on it so feel free to pick some up
-if your penis is big enough use a full fist and just pump up and down at whatever speed you want (you can do whatever form you want this is just a normal one)
-the frenlum is the most sensitive area (the triangle shaped thing on the bottom side) so focuse a couple of fingers there when pumping
-keep pumping away until you get a feeling thats like having to pee, keep pumping, actually go faster that means the orgasm is close
-orgasm and possible clean up, you'll know when you orgasm its pretty incredible also when you're old enough you will ejaculate (sperm/cum/etc) use a kleenex, napkin, sock, underwear, and some people eat thats totally your choice, not everyone does.
