AM HAVING BURNING SENSATION LT. SIDE OF SCROTUM. NO SEXUAL
ACTIVITY. HAD US VENOUS DONE ON LT. LEG. CAME BACK OK WITH
SOME CHRONIC SUPERFICIAL PHLEBITIS. DON'T WEAR TIGHT PANTS.
OR TIGHT UNDERWEAR. GET OCCASIONAL BURNING INSIDE OF LT.
KNEE LT. GROIN. GOES AWAY EVENTUALLY. COULD THIS BE FROM
A STRAIN, PROSTATIS, EPIDIDYMITIS OR ? WOULD APPRECIATE SOME

It could be from anything and you should have it checked if you haven’t done that already. I am not sure if the scrotal burning and occasional knee burning are connected.
Scrotal burning may be due to epididymitis, but if the burning’s superficial (meaning skin), then it could be some kind of fungal infection as well.
Fungus just loves moist areas like scrotal is. You sweat there, the area is closed and there is no air, if the washing’s not regular (even if it is)-----sounds like just a perfect place for yeast overgrowth. I mean yeast and bacteria already live on the skin in this area but moist or other things make the grow faster and cause all sorts of symptoms like redness, itchiness, burning, etc
If you have had an ultrasound of the area, had tests to check for infections and they turned out negative, see with your doc if you should pay a visit to a dermatologist to check for the fungus.
