Look, women who already haven't experienced what is a feel like giving birth to a baby and develop laxity usually have laxity limited to the vaginal opening. To be honest with you, I never have heard that a loose vagina can cause a miscarriage. I think that problems with your uterus on the other hand can. When you have a miscarriage, it is more likely that your vagina will get loose. Will it go back to normal, it depends on so many different factors such as your anatomy, genetics and generally your body condition. You can do some exercises in order to get it back to normal...Maybe it won't help, but generally, I think that some other factors are causing a miscarriage in your case.
Good luck!
