I AM TYPING THIS IN ALL CAPS WITH HOPE THAT IT WILL CATCH MORE ATTENTION. I ONCE HAD A FEW OF THESE LITTLE BUMPS AS WELL, BUT THEY TURNED OUT TO BE:
FORDYCE SPOTS
THESE SPOTS ARE A RESULT OF INFECTED SEBUM (SKIN OIL). THESE BUMPS ARE MOST OFTEN MISTAKEN WITH GENITAL WARTS AND THEY CAN APPEAR IN YOUR MOUTH, ON YOUR NIPPLES, YOUR FACE AND LIPS, AND ON YOUR VAGINA LIPS AND VULVA. FOR THOSE OF YOU THAT ARE FREAKING OUT (LIKE I ONCE DID), GOOGLE:
FORDYCE SPOTS AND SABACEOUS GLANDS
ALSO, SEE YOUR DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY...THERE IS NO SHAME IN BEING WORRIED ABOUT THE HEALTH OF YOUR VAGINA. TOO OFTEN. WE ARE ALL CONDITIONED TO BELIEVE THAT STD TESTING IS FOR "NASTY WOMEN AND SINNERS" AND THAT IT IS SOMETHING TO BE ASHAMED OF. THIS CONCEPT IS PUSHED BY OVER ZEALOUS "CONSERVATIVES" AND MEN. IT IS BEST THAT YOU SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION THAN WORRY YOURSELF INTO MADNESS.
IT IS ALSO IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER THAT ANYONE WHO IS SEXUALLY ACTIVE CAN GET AN STD, AND IT DOESN'T MATTER WHETHER OR NOT YOU ARE IN A "MONOGAMOUS RELATIONSHIP" BECAUSE SOMETIMES A PARTNER WILL CHEAT. ALSO, THERE IS NO TEST FOR HPV IN MEN AND MOST OFTEN THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY SIGNS OR SYMPTOMS, SO GET VACCINATED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
PRACTICE SAFE SEX AND GET STD TESTING WITH EACH NEW PARTNER. DO NOT TRUST THAT YOUR PARTNER WILL KNOW THAT THEY HAVE AN STD. MORE OFTEN THAN NOT, YOUR PARTNER MIGHT NOT EVEN KNOW THEY HAVE AN STD. BE SAFE.
MANY BLESSINGS.

they appeared (or that i noticed them) last week and i went to the clinic. At first the nurse said possibly genital warts. but wasn't very certain about it. i asked if it could be over stimulation and she said yes and to wear loose clothes for a week to see if that helped. I've been researching like crazy. I have the HPV vaccine so i'm protected against 90% of genital warts, it doesn't make any sense for me to have them and the only person i have been with in the recent past has been checked and is clean. I haven't gone back in for a second opinion, but they have no smell, cause no discharge, dont hurt or itch or anything out of the ordinary. they just freak me out! I'm afraid to get close to anyone too!

You need to see a doctor, especially since they are growing. DO NOT jump to the conclusion that they are genital warts; however, this is likely due to the growth. They could also be Batholin's glands cysts. As far as the possibility of warts -- and I know this is very frightening to you, but you are not alone -- HPV infects more than 1 in 4 people in the U.S., but many people don't show symptoms and condoms do not assure protection as it is a skin disease and can be passed through the genital-area contact outside of the condom. You do not have to test positive for HPV through a pap smear to have genital warts, since HPV can be location-specific. Simply see what they are and receive the appropriate treatment and get support, even if it's online. You are not alone. The reason I said to go to a doctor mainly is because if they are warts, you want to get them removed with the newer immune-boosting treatment so that you don't experience any further growth and can get rid of them entirely. It won't be really painful or anything as far as I know; if it is, they will surely use a numbing agent.
