Hey Girls, I just wanted you all to know that EvesGift girl (ex-IMissMyVag) is temporarily unable to post here, but I've talked to her and she is still following up with all of us... so as soon as she is able to post again she will let us know the status of her treatment. :)

Seems that this problem is very very common! I'm 18 and I've had the problem for about a year :( It's horrible and I'm at the age where sex should be fun and common but I just can't do it because it's embarrassing.. I've been to the doctors numerous times and I've been treated for yeast infections but it just always comes back... Perhaps it's something to do with high hormones?

Tried it all- I'm so glad you mentioned your tindazole treatment wasn't long term. I was tempted to try it again. Ugh, yet another antibiotic? Really? No thank you! What is it now- I am so excited for you that you will possibly be entering your marriage fresh and new! Liveanonimous- thank you so much for filling the ladies in on where I went! I was so worried you all would think I didn't care, bcz I DO care very much! And about having the oils on your breath- the vaginal walls are a mucous membrane, and absorb very highly! So its absorbing the oils into your bloodstream, and everything, its becoming a part of you, which is a GOOD thing! EOG- you're the best ;-) Here's my thoughts, and status report. I am also starting to wonder if this is a glandular issue??? Do all of you experience acne, or bumps here and there under your skin? That just go away with time? I'm going to look more into this and see how this could affect vaginal functions, and if so, what else could help along w goo be gone lube. But! I just don't know, I think I'm in the habit of trying to figure this out, when it probably is so easily taken care of w the oils. We are all literally to the point where we have to try anything, and I hope this works for ALL of us, like it did for EOgirl. My hopes are high!!!! My progress report- going on week 3 on wednesday. I do still get a bit of white if I go to long without the lube. But I have had this 12 years, I think its going to take another week or so before the slip is all the way back. I am for the first time since my one amazing day with my vag when I was 23, starting to get streaks of the correct discharge along with the white. So slowly but surely, its coming along. Others who have joined the convo- yes we know- that's exactly what we have. Its rediculous. And some get lucky and it just goes away....others do not, and the goo gone lube is the ONLY thing working. I'm so mad about all the money I have spent. Over my vagina! Oh, please pray for me that this just goes away entirely! I am praying for you girls :) you're the ones who know how this feels. Aren't we so lucky to have wound up here, where EOGirl did, and she so awesomely willingly filled us in? Best of luck ladies, I will be following your progress too. But I don't expect any of you will start to notice a natural change for a couple weeks. Keep the faith ok?!

Hey Sharnie....did they test you positive for yeast?  Because if it truly is yeast, the lube with the oils will kill that too....if its the goo like we all got...then try the lube as well....i can't determine if it is hormonal....it's bizarre that women of all ages have this issue on birth control or not, hysterectomys or not, pcos or not..etc etc..and it just comes out of the blue.....i personally think somehow our pH got thrown off and until the ph is "fixed" thats when the goo goes....regardless though....it's just bizarre....but don't be embarrassed...you will get a handle on it....im sorry u r going through this at 18....I'm a little older so I'm here to tell u it's not the end of the world.. :). Get the lube and oils...if u can't afford all the oils...just get the rose geranium and clary sage....rose geranium kills all strains of candida and clary sage balances your hormones just in case it truly is hormonal....anyway good luck and try not to stress...stress just makes everything worse.

Ok, I have been using the goo gone for 3 days now. The white has been increasing for me. Now, I have been doing boric acid sups every 2-3 days for almost a year. It will make the white very sparse. So I have been used 2 a very small amount of the white. B4 I used the boric acid it was the full on white wall of goo. At this point if I let the goo get too thick it will eventually turn into yeast. I am hovering at that point. I think my diet over the past few days filled with sugar is not helping. Anyways I'm going 2 try to curb the sugar & drink lots of water. I am not going to give up on the goo gone but I am nervous & think maybe I should throw in a boric acid sup. Your input is most welcomed. Btw- 2 eves gift, I don't know about the acne thing. I have never had an issue with that. I am just wondering all of our geographical locations. I am located in Miami, FL. I know the other lady on here that 1st went to Dr. Bali is from Miami also. Just wondering if the warmer climate has anything to do with things?? I am think stress is a big contributor here. I went 2 see a holistic dr who said I had leaky gut syndrome, adrenal fatigue & should be on a gluten free & dairy free diet. She gave me a whole lot of various pills to take. I moved from my house & my mom packed them by "mistake" & I won't unpack them until next month. I am going to try them & the diet as well to see if it helps next month. This diagnosis was not based on any real medical data other than what I told her. I think it is something fungal or bacterial not showing up in tests available to gyns now & and the ph is out of balance. I have seen other posters on a different blog saying their drs said their iron & vitamen d was low. The only reason I say maybe bacterial is bc idk if any of u have tried antibiotics but I have & it seems to work for a little & then just comes back. I am not giving up on the oils I think they work I just wish we could find a final solution. Maybe over time the constant application will eventually stop it. I think Ess oils is also on to something with the addition of the cleansing pills. I forget the name but she listed it.

This is part of your natural cycle and typically indicates that your body is preparing for ovulation.  The lubrication or discharge will thin out to a consistency much like egg white over the next few days.  At that time is when ovulation occurs and conception is most likely to take place if you have unprotected sex.  In other words, the symptoms you describe are your bodies way of indicating your preparation to become fertile.

No offense but everyone following this thread is aware of what a normal discharge is (i.e. what you are describing above).  If you read any of the posts, you would realize that all these women are highly intelligent and recognize the discharge is not normal.

To Guest- This is NOT normal discharge. Thanks for your post. However, I am 34 years old & know what normal discharge is for me. Furthermore, I have been to three Drs who have all conducted a multitude of tests on the discharge. All three Drs have said it is NOT NORMAL but they just can't say exactly what it is. My current Dr is trying to figure out what it is & is trying the long term treatment of Boric Acid. My previous Dr outright told me its not normal, did not know exactly how to treat it, & had one other lady who had this. He did a D&C & the problem resolved on her. He tried the D&C on me & it did not work. Not one medical Dr has told me its normal discharge.

Hi I am 30 yrs old , and I been with my boyfriend for 11months . Many issues happened that we both had a lot of stress in our lives . We kept acting like a married couple but we aren't even married yet. In the first few months we may have had a lot of sex and fell deeply in love , and ok I did go on birth control pills at first when I lost my virginity to him and ok all this sex stuff is new to me. Then later on we realized we moved too fast even on the 6month he proposed and we were engaged. Then tried living together well more like I moved in his family house. Our love was strong but everything else sucked for both of us. And well around january we really slowed down on the sex. Even about 3 weeks ago we weren't active. Because his dog died and he was facing some mental and health issues and well he lost his job on January. On Monday we tried to have sex and I guess it was hard for me to open and when we finally started he saw on his penis white thick creamy stuff and he was grossed out and turned off and we had a fight which led to a one month break. To reflecting on our lives and he working on improving his life as I slowly do the same. I asked my girlfriends and ok 50% of them said its yeast infection while the other 50% said its nothing and normal. And last week I finished my period.. so any real answers to this ?? I know probably every lady different.

im 21 and had the same problem at the age of 16 and disappeared on its own around the age of 19. 3 months the same discharged came back, my boyfriend is convinced that its some kind of infection but i seen several doctors no STDs or Infection were found. at this point i would be sooo happy it would simply be an infection, treat it and get it over with but no. i tried to read most post on random pages and saw the ''Rephresh'', i will be trying it out today. ive also saw an other solution that doesnt sounds right to me that was water and peroxide. i will look into this one a bit more before trying it out and will get back with the results if anyone else have suggestion

Ok it seems to works immediately- hoping to become one of the success stories :) adds a warming sensation that it was stated "**** we'll give this out as wedding presents & everyone we know" not like we afford it but has added benefits for both parties :)

I don't take birth control and I have the same issue.  I am not dry either...but have the thick, white, non-smelly stuff.  It's so thick if you rub it between your fingers it's almost fiberous, like paper.  I am so bummed there's no answer for this.  I am itchy though too.  :(

Hi, I have very similar symptoms and just recently went for a PAP and all that. The Dr. thought it was yeast, but I haven't heard back from her (which means, no yeast, no STDs). Anyway, I just ordered some of those essential oils.

I'm wondering if any of you ladies has tried coconut oil instead of the Lube that was listed before?I have some coconut oil around the house so I might try that instead!

Wow! A lot going on on this forum! I will start from the last, and work my way up. Yes I have tried coconut oil. 1/2 way thru the exspenive oranic pure jar, I accepted it was basically just a lube. Nothing else :( for sure wanted it, and so many other things, to be more. What is it now- did it work!?!! Yay!! I hope so!!!! Tried it all, I really like all you have to say. I think you're a key player in this fight we have going on. I just worry that boric acid isn't going o cut it for you :( you need something that is going to rid what ever is in theren and bring back your normal self. EOgirl and I have been corresponding on options for the extremely resistant strand I seem to have, and several other too, and she has suggested Banderol, and Samento. Check em out. I personally, am so sick of spending money on this, but I can't give up.Sharnie sweetie, I too had this at 18, and I feel ya! Like- really??? No matter what age, this is annoying. There's a couple of guest who have posted, those that share our misery, I know :( The one who's boyfriend was completely unsympathetic, and there was a break up over it- wow, that's so sad! I'm glad you're back together if this is the man you love, but he needs to be informed on how common this is, and how it is OUR BODY reacting to something. Not a choice of ours. If we had it our way, poof! Cured! Never an issue! Its confidence hindering, and we need support from our lover, not rejection. And I am lost for words on the post about this being due to ovulation. Apprently that person didn't read a single one of the other post-nuff said. My trials with the goo gone is a roller coaster. Not because it isn't something that isn't capable, it is, I've seen days where there is a chance for me with this, but I have something highly resistant, and I blame antibiotics. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. But I know what I'm doing right - not giving up. Best of luck ladies, there is hope. Remeber that.
