hi what is happening if you find something lompy nearly coming out of you vigina that was not there before likt you are having a prolasp not painfull or sore but uncomfortable age over 60

You need to see a doctor about it
The usual common symptoms of all the types of vaginal prolapse are:
- A lump at the opening of the vagina (you have this, I believe)
- Pressure in the vagina or pelvis
- Painful sexual intercourse
- A decrease in pain or pressure when you lie down
- Recurring urinary tract infections
