Im posting because the other day, after doing my business in the washroom, I went to wipe and I felt a very painful stinging sensation. I checked myself out via a mirror, and found around 8 or 9 pimples located mainly around my vagina. Two are on labia minora, and arent that serious. Just small bumps..
Im worried about the three located almost directly inside my vagina though. From what I can see, theyre large, right beside eachother and p***y. One looks like it exploded and almost kind of green.. It hurts to sit and walk, and cough (Fever of 102 right now and this acne problem isnt making my day better :-()
Im only 15, and Im not sexually active. I havent been to a gynocologist (Is thats how you spell it). I never have been to one, so Im rather scared to do so, but if recommended I'll go. This is kind of scaring me and effecting my daily life. It didnt start becoming painful until yesterday but Im not sure how long this will go on...
Any advice would be appreciated :-(

Yes, I mean every way. Im actually terrified of sex, ahahah. Sounds silly ;P I cant imagine what I would be having an allergic reaction to... I'll be sure to check if we switched laundry detergents or something. Spectrogel or Physioderm? I dont think we have those in the house... Could I get them at a local drug store, or..? And by tight, do you mean tight pants? Im probably going to be in the house for another few days, then its the weekend, so I should be able to manage in loose shorts and not freeze, which is always a plus! :-D I hope I can get calamine lotion at the same place as the spectrogel/physioderm ._. I dont have much access to transportation yet, hahah.
Thank you so much for your help! I'll get on that advice tomorrow, since its a little late to do anything now :-P

1. Hydrogen Peroxide
2. Polysporin
3. Squirt bottle
When you get those, the first thing I want you to do is fill the bottle with warm water and about 2 TBSP's of Hydrogen Peroxide in it too! Shake it up, and EVERYTIME you go to the washroom, rinse the area with the solution. When it is cleaned off, then dab it dry! Then apply the polysporin! This is going to be a bit messy - if you have your period! BUT at least we are doing something!
Also honey do you shave down there? If you do - this could be all ingrown hairs - which are VERY common! Also know that you can all of a sudden get an allergy from something you didn't before!
IF your mom doesn't want to do these things for you!!!!!! Then ask someone else for help! There is no need to keep on suffering like this honey! Let me know how you make out OK? Good luck and health honey!

I ended up stopping with the polysporin because when I put it on, it would burn/sting and then Id still be in pain... Last two times I went to the washroom I came out crying because the urine would touch one of the stupid things and it would burn. I had to jump in the shower right after I finished to get the burning to stop. I went to my mom after, crying, and mentioned that I wanted to go to the doctor tomorrow even though I was on my period. I told her that these things were actually blocking the hole to my vagina and the blood was getting all stuck and stuff; my mom didnt know they had gotten that big. So she took me to the doctor for the first time for...this. It was a walk-in clinic. He suggested a medicine thats 60-90 dollars because he thinks its- get this,- herpes. Now, I told him Im not sexually active in any way and all that jazz. He says it could be transferred by my hands. My mom didnt get the medicine because she knows the for it to be transferred by my hands, I'd have to touch someones coldsore and then touch down there or something, or someone would have to come in skin-to-skin contact and have a coldsore, AND touch me down there.
So Im stuck again until Wednesday, the walk in hours for my actual doctor, and when I dont have my period. We bought tylonal with coadine or something; mom says I should be out cold soon. I'll be laying in bed, doing nothing, trying not to pee until then. :-(

NOW IF you have an enlarged cyst right in the opening of your vagina, it is called a Bartholin Cyst! And this will grow and grow until it either bursts or is lanced!! They can grow to the size of a grapefruit!!!!!! IF this is the case with you, when you are in the bath - with the Epsom Salts, GENTLY press on either side of the lump and this should pop it! Or make it ooze! It;s gross I know, but better out than in! This cyst is caused by moisture being trapped in the Bartholin Gland - an enlarged pore right inside your vagina! Most go away by themselves, but since you are having such problems, I would think it is that! I had my 1st one when I was about 15/16! What I want you do is try and get this under some sort of control before going to the doctors - so you aren't as in much pain as you are! Also I'm sure you can't use a tampon in your state, but the pads - that draw a lot of liquid away, can also add to your problem! So IF you guys have a natural health store near you, ask your mom to get you the natural pads - they are beige colored and don't have as many chemicals and bleach in them - which can cause a lot of pain down there! You definitely need to keep the area clean and definitely put the polysporin on too! Good luck honey, let me know how you are making out OK?

Im not quite sure if what I have are cysts, so Im not sure if we should be running around buying things just yet. The Epsom Salts, are those for cysts only? Or things like this in general? To be honest, I've googled everything I could think of - Pimples, Cysts, Blisters, Blood blisters, etc etc - and nothing looks like what I have! Ive browsed this site, too, and found a few other people who seem to have the same problem I have.

In case someone later reads this, you most certainly can transfer oral herpes to your vulva. There are many other things it could be, and doctors can be shockingly skittish and ignorant about vulvar infections. Try vulvar lichens, among other possible infections. If anyone else has this problem, herpes sores can be cultured and tested. The doctor should do exactly that if they believe they appear to be herpetic lesions. Also, the type is no longer indicative by blood test alone. Oral sex is extremely common now and some older doctors seem to have not caught up on the HSV-II and HSV-1 shifts in infection sites. A blood test alone cannot accurately identify if you have genital herpes. They need to culture the sores to tell. Make sure they do it. Physicians are not gods, but many will act like they are if you don't challenge them when needed. Be ready to advocate for yourself if you get a doc who doesn't seem to know better.
