I have a clear whiteish discharge that is always there and alot of times it's smelly I am a virgin so it can't be an std, it is really worrying me the only time I don't see it is when Im on my period!

Excessive white clear discharge may be normal as some women have it more, some less. The problem is the smell. It shouldn't smell (that bad) like fish. If it does, it could be a sign of yeast infection, which is not an STD but does require treatment.
