Hello! You didn’t say if the spotting was vaginal or anal.

Considering you have constipation, the bleeding may be coming from the anus which means that you have developed hemorrhoids. Sometimes, it is not so easy to distinguish if the pain’s coming from vagina or anus. If you think it is coming from the anus, then you need to see a doc to see what exactly is causing the bleeding, if you have developed hemorrhoids or maybe even anal fistula.

However, if the bleeding’s coming from vagina, you could be suffering from different vaginal/uterine growths that are most often benign and removable. However, you need to see a doc in this case as well, just a different one-gynecologist. The most common reasons of vaginal spotting are cervical/uterine polyps, uterine fibroids, cysts on ovaries, dry vaginal walls, etc

The most common cause of constipation is poor nutrition that lacks foods rich in fiber and fluid intake. Foods that are most likely to cause constipation are dairy products, meats, and eggs and refined sugar that is low in fiber. However, poor nutrition may not be the only cause. You may be suffering from poor bowel habits, or problems from eliminating stool.
Many drugs can make you constipated. These involve: antacids, antispasmodic drugs, antidepressants, iron tablets, painkillers or anticonvulsant drugs.
First thing you should is realize where the bleeding’s coming from and then see a doc according to the source of bleeding. Constipation is something you need working on, mostly likely through making life style changes mostly nutritional but the bleeding is hat you should take care of immediately.
