Yes, it should be very effective. I am not so sure about the price though, but I guess that the medical bill is not that important, as long as your father leaves the hospital in a good condition. Although, I did hear that Vapotherm did not pass the FDA test for the first time, in January 2006. It has been remodeled for a while and then it got the approval in February 2007.
