Varicose Veins in my testicle

I had varicocele embolization to get rid of mine. I'd had enough of the pain it would give me. I only had to take two days off work, rally simple pain free procedure. Luckily it was successfull and it hasn't reoccurred.

I'm here also because I'm 38 and I have a large vein like in my left ball sack. It looks like a worm , ugly ass vein. All well I'm still busting nuts and just had a baby son last year. Also my sex is great.

I had the same thing. It goes away. It takes a long time, but it slowly gets better. I went to the doctor a bunch of times and the urologist. I would recommend going just for a checkup and to be sure, but they won't do anything for you because its just going to heal on its own probably. They basically just told me if it hurts take an aspirin.

It happened one day when I was I guess putting too much pressure on my penis. It was immediately painful - looked like the worm vein - I guess this is just because your veins get clogged and twist up - so I guess just try to allow for blood flow in your body and don't put too much pressure on your body.

It hurt pretty bad constantly for a couple months to the point where it was tough to stay seated sometimes. Then it got to the point where it wasn't really that bad but it did kind of hurt by the end of the day or if I was in one position to long or exersize. I was able to have sex with it and it was ok. That lasted a long time though - I think I felt it for easily over a year and still maybe lingering effects up to maybe another year.

Its been like 3 or 4 years now and I don't feel it at all. However I still do have the pronounced veins, they never went back to normal. I don't think it would be worth it to get this fixed. It's your balls you got to be careful with them. I am more careful now, however I have experienced no pain in a long time.

Ps. Why didn't anyone ever tell us this could happen?
