A friend who I had not seen for about seven years just got back in touch and I was so happy to see him again! He was always into alternative lifestyles and now he has become a raw vegan. Apparently, vegetables lose a lot of their nutrients when cooked, which is why raw is better and healthier. Are there any people here who have been raw for a while, and who can tell me more about this? What do you feel like when you have been on a raw diet for a while? What sorts of meals do you eat? What about chocolate?

It seems to be so hard position when I was falled in the diet plan. I was left to eat the meat for two months and started vegetables. But Now I am feel the healthy and better than soon. At the diet plan, I was so missed my sweet chocolate.
