im 13 and i weigh almost 185 is that a bad thing but everybody says im big for my age im 5'6 1/2 i need to know if im fat or if its normal

Everyones weight is individual, you will know yourself if you are fat. It depends on lots of things, your family, what you eat, anmd remember you are going to go through puberty soon.

Dont judge yourself off what you see in magazines , like all of the skinny models, that is not realistic.

Have a healthy diet with lots of fruit and vegetables, and get excercise even if it is only walking.

Dont eat lots of Macdonalds and processed foods. /sodas .

A good rule is to eat as much fresh food as possible, and not much sugar. You will be fine if you do this
