for the past 2 years, my weight has slowly increased.
this shouldn't be happening, since i workout (mostly cardio) for 2 hours everyday, and eat very little.

for a few years before, my weight lose was going great, then it just slumped.

i'm gone from 102lbs to 122lbs, and it's not just muscle weight.

i should be chisled and thin, but i'm flabby and unfit looking (despite being a gym freak).

i'm depressed, constipated, my hair is brittle and falling out, and i'm all red and bloaty.

WTF is wrong with me?
