hey there, i started working out at around my late 13s , now im 15 but i have been starting and stopping all the time, if i went for a year i would stop for 9 months its just a cycle, people told me its bad to weight lift at this age because it will "affect my growth" but im not stupid to believe that, now i can bench press 135kg max , i can do bicep curls with 30kg dumbells on each arm and i can squat around 150kg 5 - 6 reps, Is that alright or isit not enough?
