I'm interested in losing about 20-30lbs, but I'm worried about having excess skin. I would never be able to afford to get it surgically removed (I don't think I could do that anyway, mentally). Is there anything I could do while working out to prevent this from happening? If it's a matter of changing my diet or taking some sort of vitamins, it wouldn't even be a problem.

It's something that's always made me nervous. I would rather be big and fit my skin than small with too much.
