:-|You must eat foods from the Food Pyramid as if it were a dictionary of good health. You must exercise as often as at least every other day for up to an hour after working up from 30 mins first to 1 hr. Then also eat the right foods. See a nurse or dietician or your own doctor to find out first if there is a clinical Reason as to WHY your body is as HEAVY as it is for your Comfort Zone...Do some research, obviously you use the net, so research Food Pyramid. This will tell you what foods to eat and how many of these foods to eat. Weight loss is a science. But when persons turn science into warfare on their body then they become Psychologically Obscessed. You don't want to do that. They have groups like OA for teens and Weight Watchers for youth. These are 2 very good resources in losing weight as a young person. Don't obscess over it alone or your head will explode with ideas of nervousness over NOT losing a certain amount of weight. Talk with friends, counselors,and med professionals about this new goal of yours. Let your parents or care takers know that you are watching what you eat. They may support you and shop for the foods on The Food Pyramid, or help you pay for a Dietician, Weight Watchers, or a Counselor specializing in children or youth with body issues. Trust Me, "You must remember to keep communicating." :-)
