I turned eighteen recently and I've decided that my weight is best taken care of now rather than later. I'm male, 6'2 and weigh 250 pounds but I have many activities that keep me physically active (gym, black smithing, sports with friends, etc) so I have a decent amount of muscle. I've been looking around at many health plans, taken advice from many sources, and am currently on a juice diet (vegetable juice with natural grown vegetables) and visit the gym 2-4 times a week (only for a few weeks now), but I would like to collect as much information as possible for good steady weight loss and maintaining a healthy weight.
Hi Emmett, you should have a balanced diet that means you have to include all food from all food groups.
You are right, knowledge is power and the more you know the better you could live a healthy lifestyle. I just recently joined this community and i have already gained so much knowledge. One of the best weight loss programs i tried is one called Burn the fat feed the muscles
Cheers Emmet.
