hello..i m tring to reduce weight..my weight is 60kg and height is 5'5 nd my age is 23 years..plz tell me is it a little more according to my age nd figure..i m married also thats why a bit conscious specially about tummy..it looks a bit skinny..plz suggest me ne exercise or things i shud avoid in food..

As for the exercises, I would suggest combined cardio (stationary bike and a treadmill) and strength training (moderate weight lifting) - it worked wonders for me, much better than cardio (aerobics) alone.

Hey, I'm 5'5 and I'm 64kgs at the moments, I'm supposed to be 62 apparently but I feel I look better at the moment, too skinny is too gross, if you want to tone a bit look up cassie ho POP pilates, it's intense
