Hey man, don't over stress the situation. Stress itself could further complicate the problem, whether it's real or made up in your head. A smart doctor once told me that STD's aren't the end of your life. People live with it everyday, probably even people you know. Worst case scenario there are dating websites for people living with certain STD's.
With that being said, lets say the STD is not curable such as herpes; My doctor made a good point that you don't have to tell your partner you have herpes at first, you'll just scare them. Just don't have sex if you have or recently had a break out, and always wear a condom. As far as genital warts is concerned, have them removed and wait till it heals up, then also wear a condom. Most sexually active adults(50+%) have at least one or more types of HPV (The virus that causes genital warts). So as a sexually active adult most people are rolling the dice.
Anyway, many people still live successful lives with normal relationships while being infected with both curable and incurable STD's. Keep your head up and try to start having positive thoughts. May be hard at first but the more you force positive thinking, it will become natural until you become a positive and hopefully happy person. Good luck man!

Negative for gono. , HIV , trichonomas , chlamydia , ureaplasma , mycoplasma , and hepatitis panel. Symptoms (irritation and skin change in color just inside tip of penis on one side of urethra) appeared after approximately 30 days. Approximately 90 days after incident I had elevated AST, ALT, & bilirubin values on liver function test which have returned to normal. Going on ten months now. 1g of azithromycin didn't solve the problem.

I have had small joint pain to the touch in my right middle finger and my left index finger. I believe so. irritation comes & goes. Also I have noticeable skin color changes under my eyes in the "bags" under eyes. Numbness in the left upper cheek and noticeable raised mole or freckle there as well.
