Weird Irritation of the Urethra

Was the unprotected oral with your girlfriend?

No, it was before we started dating. Saw a Urologist since, he said it was CPPS, urine was spotless but he didn't even check my prostate or do a urethral swab. I'm not convinced, seeking a second opinion soon. This is incredibly depressing and anxiety inducing.

I to have been told I am suffering with cpps. Mine happened after having oral sex with a commercial sex worker unprotected. Something I very much regretted the next day. I was so so so stressed about it and worried like crazy. I have read that a regrettable sexual experience can be a cause of cpps.

But I am like you it's harder to believe when there is no concrete medical test.

Was yours with an ex girlfriend or a one night stand or also a sex worker?

I have been put on flomax and it's take around 4 weeks but I think it's improved somewhat

I had a painful ejaculation & urination a while back & it was ruled " Urethraitis " inflammation of the Urethra which is inside the penis goes down the full length of the shaft & partially into the scrotum near the base of the penis. Now I am having a similar problem to that only this time It Itches every single day. I can itch the very bottom (partially into the scrotum ) along with every centimeter to the very tip of the penis only the very tip is generally painful to attempt to relieve so I will squeeze with 2 fingers & rub at the same time every inch until I reach the bottom. Now I recently had PROTECTED Sex but prior to an Unprotected Blow Job from a Questionable Female. That's all and it was my first sexual encounter in months.

So I decided to inspect myself. Everything is normal on the outside of my penis however just below the head of my circumsized penis where the mushroom part meets shaft & like a centimeter or so below that I felt something I have never in my experience felt before. It feel's like there is a BB Sized Rock inside of the tube that carry's the urine.

With each passing day the itching becomes more consistent & constant as well as the first little bit of pee that I pee hurts & each time that I pee the pain increases. I also noticed that my Urine Flow is disrupted by something that has to be on the inside of my penis. My urine flow is also slower coming out in addition to that and occasionally splits in 2 directions but only for a second & then it restores itself to 1 single flow line. ( however much I pee after this doesn't apply but only when the pee first comes out & for a second or 2 after then it stops )

It is extremely obvious that the Urethra Tube that carries my Urine is Inflamed. The Entire Tube from the very tip of my penis to the very bottom where it enters the scrotum feels hard & stiff and my Urge to pee has increased beyond normal.

A New symptom or a symptom I had that I just took notice of is that It also feels like I am discharging or peeing a little bit but when I check my the tip there is no discharge or urine being secreted from my penis.

I don't suspect any STD as every time I have had an issue with my penis in the past I was tested and have always been found clean.

So instead of getting checked I decided to think of my last visit & the symtoms I had before & what's NEW this time compared to last time.

I Suspect that THIS time I have a Stone or I have some sort of common Urinary Infection due to the presence of foreign bacteria that I believe may have come from that Unprotected Blow Job I had or Drugs that I have recently been abusing.

I recently have used Cocaine, Meth, Vicodin & Percocet. All of which was used in the past 30 days. The Slight burning when Urinating started when I started using the Cocaine & Meth.

However, The Itchy feeling, the BB sized Lump, The Increased Urination, The feeling of discharge or pee coming out that isn't there, All came Immediately the moment I woke up the next day after that unprotected Blow Job.

I also consume lots of Caffeinated Drinks like Soda & Energy Drinks with very little water.

In my case, It is most likely a Bacterial Infection that has caused the inflammation & the other symptoms that I have described with it. However, due to the Drugs, The Blow Job & the lack of water I may have also developed a Stone which could absolutely explain the BB sized lump I feel inside of my penis for which has also Moved since my first discovery of it. It was closer to the base of my penis and now it's closer to the top of my penis.

But this Is just my personal observation based off past experience in combination of what I have researched myself.

If you want a definite answer to any of your problems I would start with an STD test & if you are found to be clean I'd suggest to try an anti-biotic that you can get from your physician. Now, If you have a BB sized lump like I have I would suggest that you ask your doctor about whatever that thing is called where they Lube up a tiny camera to shove down inside your penis so that they may find out what is causing the obstruction.

I'm not going to have them shove a camera down my penis though because I'm so sure that it's not any sort of sexual disease or infection or virus to the point of certainty considering the Vaginal & Anal Intercourse I had I wore a Condom & I even switched Condoms before going from Vaginal to Anal & back to Vaginal Penetration. I am confident that I will pass an extremely painful little tiny spikey looking Stone and then my problem will be solved.

Earlier on I stated that I had a problem similar to this before where Urination & Ejaculation was very painful well that actually stopped with the help of an Anti-biotic & the day it did stop I had urinated and it was the most painful 30 seconds of my entire life because It felt like something bigger than the urethra was being pushed out of my penis although I never did see anything in my Urine I am confident at that time I passed a stone as well only it was very small & hard to see in a toilet filled with really dark cloudy urine which was caused by a bacterial infection resulting in the inflamed urethra.

Also a Sex Worker. Northeastern US. I've since seen a new Urologist who doesn't believe there is anything wrong with my prostate and since there is no sign of inflammation(leukocyte response) doesn't think there is an infection. I'm getting a cystoscopy in a coupe weeks. I'm so anxious and depressed at this point.

How did your cystoscopy go. I hope your getting more answers than myself .

It could be epidymytis chlamydia in there or fungus infection, juice ur self out of this it works, Apple bandana pair grapefruit juice orange strawberrys, vegetable juice too, onion carrots celery spinach and cut a clove, of garlic and through in there cut it up drink 8th with ur vegejuice garlic juice kills fungus, go to gnc. And get wheat grass powider put a little in there mix up and drink ur juices no food 4 three days and start eating clean do this 4 five weeks. U gotta detox ur body.

I have the same symptoms as the Very cool cat. It comes and goes. A pin prick or bug bite feeling just insde my utethra opening at tip of penis. A urologist described a lesion just insde telieved to be from receiving oral sex 5 years ago. I have been tested for all S.T.D.'s and all negative. Lab panels show elevated bilirubin. I have reactive artritis in fingers and hip area. Discolor of the facial skin and numbness of the cheek. Eyebrows thinning and eyesight dimished to read close up.

Same here! Got this a week after a blow job. I noticed red swollen lips on my penis (meatus) and a stinging pain which turned into really bad pain in my urethra and testicles. I had to go to A&E twice. Tested for STIs including mycoplasma and trichmonasis but all clear. The pain has lessened but the red tip has still remained with stinging when I pee/ejaculate. It's given me a lot of bladder issues too along with groin, abdomen and lower back pain. Wtf is this?

Any news on these stories? I have the exact same issues. Unprotected oral/vaginal sex (stupid) and about one day later:
-Burning in Urethra/Bladder
-Swollen/red urethra opening
-Constant itch and feeling of dripping urine
-Initially had weird tingling sensation on shaft
-Constant need/feeling to urinate
-Intermittent dull aches in glans of penis

Has lasted 2.5 months so far.
Tested for HIV, Syph, Gonn, Chlam, Trich, HSV 1-2, all negative so far, but was showing signs of bacterial infection

Took doxy for 10d along with ciprofloxacin for 5, didn’t really help

Went to GP and saw Urologist

On Doxy for 30 days than going for ultrasound and scope of urethra.

No real improvements. Seems to improve a bit on antibiotics and then rages back. Doctors don’t seem to have any ideas so far except maybe prostatitis?

So sad and scared.

Anyone updates I have been dealing with this same issue for about a year now, going for cystoscopy in 2 days to see if they see anything. Already been to 2 different urologist having pretty much all above symptoms burning urination but not always and urethral and penile tip pain. Meatus is irritated at the tip around urethral opening and when penis is erect is is raised there a small amount been on different creams and antibiotics and it seemed too help for a shirt amount of time then has returned. Have also taken some supplements for urinary tract health and for the prostate also with a cranberry pill everyday they seemed to help some at first but not so much now. I'm about ready to checkout if you know what I mean. Me and my wife haven't had sex in months because of this issue and I'm no closer to finding a solution now than before. I hope we can figure out what's causing this soon and I get some relief, hope you guys have had some relief also. Thanks for the read and God Bless
