Still worried, I'm not sure what you've been experiencing, but if it is anything like me (tingling sensation/slight pain after urination/persistent for 8 months), buy some Prosta-Q. I cannot recommend this enough (and I promise I don't work for them!). I had taken all of the std tests (all negative), went to two urologists and nobody seemed to have a clue. However, someone on another site told me that it sounded like CPPS and recommended Prosta-Q. I've been on it for about 5-6 weeks now and I rarely have any of the old symptoms. I can't tell you how much of a relief it has been. It took about 1-2 weeks before I noticed a difference and I've heard that it can take up to a month before it really starts to work, so stay with it. Good luck, I hope it helps you as much as it helped me. -C

Hi There. I know how you feel when something goes horribly wrong with your privates. I had a similar situation after having unprotected sex with a women I knew 7 months earlier. Following that I slowly noticed changes on the head of my penis and 2 months later my whole inner thighs were burning, head of the penis very irritated and sore, and even my anus felt like there were things inside of them. I tried getting a diagnosis from my GP however twice all my blood tests and swab tests came back negative to STD's, and despite that we took an antibiotic for Chalamydia which didnt help. My Traditional Chinese Medicine doctor thought it looked like a fungus and I took herbs for that but again no luck. Went back to my GP and he also gave me an anti fungal tablet but no luck. By this point I was wondering if my Life would ever be the same again, and God answered my prayers by helping me stumble acrosss a lady based in the Blue Mountains of NSW Australia who was a homeopath and who does a test called Vega Testing. I went and saw her and quickly established that I had both Chlamydia and Candida Albicans (Fungus/Thrush) and was treated quickly and effectively using one of her potions. She also looked at the reason why my body was not able to fight these two conditions and believed the root cause was (1) DNA weakness and predisposition towards sexual infections & (2) Vaccination Stress on my immune system from when I was younger. I have attached a link which gives some further information on Vega testing and how it works and her view was that the Chlamydia was not showing in my blood tests because blood testing is not as accurate as Vega Testing. Link is

The Lady I saw in the blue mountains was named Anne and her number is  . Just as a note she can test the health of all your organs, as well as looking for specific diseases, bacterial infections, viruses, and fungi. I am posting all this information as I know what it is like to feel sad, scared, helpless, angry, etc over one poor decision that you have made and I hope that this information can help somebody in the same way that it helped me. All the best. x (Happy Guy)

Hi everyone,

Upon gathering some information for myself from multiple posts/threads online, I have an idea of what is going on with all of you, and me. I have been with a girl, who is now my girlfriend, for about 1.5 months. After our first encounter in which we did pretty much everything, I noticed the burning or itchy feeling that most of you described along and sometimes at the end of my penis. I went to the doctor today and he said that my penis looks absolutely normal and that I do not show any STD symptoms. The first night I was with her, I noticed the aforementioned symptoms and some of these symptoms reappeared today after I had received oral sex from her (and only oral, aside from some hand action of course).

Possible Problem:

I feel that our issues are arising due to a lower or higher pH level in the saliva of our partners. I do not feel as if we are dealing with a typical STD issue and this seems to inhibit doctors from diagnosing anything, because you don't have an STD ! Apparently, the pH levels in yours and your partners saliva can change due to your diet for the most part. So, I am proposing that perhaps our complications are arising due to an irritation of the urethra from the saliva of our partners. Just think about it, if your partner's saliva has an overly acidic or basic pH, and your receive oral sex, their saliva is VERY likely to get into the urethra especially at the tip. An issue such as this would be very difficult for a doctor to diagnose perhaps without testing on your partner because all they can notice on you (which compared to STDs and other actual issues) is negligible. You irritated your urethra, you have not contracted a disease.

Possible Solution:

No more oral sex, if the problem goes away (which seems to be true during periods of inactivity) you can bet that it was the oral sex.

BUT IF FEELS SO GOOD. I know, I understand. Perhaps get the pH in your partners mouth tested using pH test strips. They make ones for the mouth, but they are the same as what you would test your fish bowl with. The normal pH levels for saliva range between 6.2 and 7.4. Acids have a pH of less than 7 while bases are greater than 7. The pH of water is 7. So, using this information and perhaps even comparing the pH of yours and her saliva, is her pH above or below the normal range ?

Yes : There are certain foods that you can eat to lower or raise the pH of the saliva in your partners mouth. If your pH is too high, weight your diet more heavily with acid-producing foods, like meat, fish, poultry and dairy. If your pH is too low, try adding more alkaline-producing foods, like fruits, vegetables, sprouts, grasses and herbs.

No: This is not the solution to your problem.

Again, I am not a doctor, but I feel like I may be on to something here. I have not been able to test these claims myself, it is purely a hypothesis. What do you guys think ?

I agree it definitely is related to what you stated. Thank you for that information it's something that I'll have to actually try and report back with how everything works out. I'm not sure how she's going to react to strips though?! lol The only fix that I have found is drinking enough water each day and taking something called Pro-Advanced Formula #220 has helped me quite a bit. Also masturbating helped to keep the urethra lubricated

When I was tested at the clinic, I received a brown bag full of condoms. I couldn't handle the irritation so I decided to use some Vaseline and I'd put a condom on leave it on and check ever so often for anything wrong.

By the time the condoms were gone I had no symptoms. Didn't come back until let a girl I didn't know give me unprotected oral sex. I'm done

I'm a girl and I have the exact same symptoms. I know I have to pee before my bladder tells me because my urethra will tingle and there is some relief when I do urinate. I didn't have oral sex but my last boyfriend had a very large penis and the sex was almost always rough. I have no stds so I'm thinking uti since when I drink a lot of water it goes away. When I start drinking caffeine though it gets worse. So I'm trying to kick the pop habit and just stick to water and cranberry juice and it seems to be slowing down. Your urethra may just need time to heal...very sensitive bits they are! For me that means no sex at all but for the guys make sure you wear a condom - even with oral and drink lots of water to flush it out and I'm sure it'll clear up.

Men, get yourself to a urologist. Eight months after initial symptoms including swollen/burning meatus, and intermittent pain in the urethra, I've been told I have prostatitis. I had to fight my GP who insisted there was nothing wrong with me when all STI tests came back clear, and I was right to.  It required some testing of the prostate fluid and a really exciting ultrasound (hope you're a bottom.)  The WORST part about this was that it correlated to an unprotected sex encounter, which as it turns out, was most likely the cause, but not technically an STI, since I can't then pass it on again. I'm now on antibiotics for 30 fun days. I also suggest the following, which seemed to help ease the frequency and severity of the pain/inflammation: stay hydrated, stay regular - you want as little irritating that prostate as possible. Also, when it got really bad, a hot bath seemed to help.

Do some reading on prostatitis, and wrap it up if you're going to f**k another dude. Lesson learned.

6 weeks ago I had protected sex, the next day like 12 hours later I felt discomfort in my left testicle, soreness in the perineum area, along with urethra spasms that are intermittent. I have not had any pain or burning when urinating and no discharge to date. I do get a weird pain in my urethra about a minute after urinating and it can last for 20 minutes. I immediately went to urgent care where as a precaution they administered Zithromax and Rocephin (in case it was gonorrhea and chlamydia). Three days later I went to a doctor located at my work because the symptoms had not subsided, and she conducted a Urine Analysis which came back negative, but she did administer ciprofloxacin as a precaution to a potential UTI. A week later the symtoms still did not subside and I had my primary care physician conduct an exam, blood tests, and a urine analysis with culture. Everything came back negative in terms of the blood test and UA analysis with culture. My primary care doctor did not administer any antibiotics or other drugs. The symptoms subsided for about two weeks and yesterday are now back after exercising and masturbating. Same exact symptoms as before, still no pain or burning when urinating, no discharge, no itching or redness at the tip of my penis. I am baffled as to what this could be. Has anyone out there ever had similar symptoms and what was the conclusion?

It turned out to be Trichomoniasis, an STI. For two weeks the Dr. thought it was a UTI until my pap came back with the real results
