Hello! First of all, I suggest you to visit your doctor and make sure if you have tonsillitis (because could be strep throat, too) and, if you have it, which type is (bacterial or viral). I am sure that your doctor will prescribe you anti inflammatory medicines. Also, if you have bacterial tonsillitis, you will get antibiotics too.
