Hello. I am looking for some kind of spiritual exercise since I would like to release stress. I have heard about Tai Chi and I am interested in what benefits of this traditional martial art are. I would appreciate all your replies. Thanks in advance, guys. Your help is more than welcomed.

Hello. Tai Chi is more than pure martial art. It is great for health and many people decide to practice it because of healthy reasons. While practicing, you achieve the regular posture and spine alignment. While doing the exercises, you move weight from one extremity to another. During this, joints are naturally lubricated and strengthened. The body becomes more flexible. On the other hand, it clears your mind. You can get more focused. You feel more relaxed and peaceful.
