i have noticed that a week ago i think i cut my self on my vagina area when shaving it looked like a chunk of skin was missing anyways i put antibiotic on it and now i have small sores on my anal area the soar near the vagina area is now gone. but my glands are swollen not on my throat but nothing else hurts at all not when i pee or anything else what can this be does anyone know
