From your description, the red spots sound like angiomas, which are sometimes called cherry angiomas. Red spots on skin that turn out to be angiomas are harmless growths that tend to occur more frequently as you get older. They usually run in families and are named for their bright, red color (although some are purplish). These small red dots on skin are usually smooth, about the size of a pinhead and are overgrowths of blood vessels. They typically appear on the trunk, although you may see them on the neck, face, arms and legs. Although most angiomas are very small, they can grow to as much as 1/4 inch across and assume a mushroom-like look. We don’t know the cause. (Not cancerous or a fungus or anything to stress over) I have them too and I'm 36.

the reason for these red dots . on everybody is that north America puts a lot of all chemicals in food products, hair products, skin products. Read the labels they put the same chemicals in our foo, and hygeine and cleaning products its disgusting. They are very poisonous over time. it takes a good 20 years frombith to see this start to happen. I recently travlled in europe and almost no one has it.
I worked in 3 different facilities for elderly and 98% had these spots on them. WE need tostop purchasing these products found on the shelves that come in mass amounts. Just ask your self how is possible to make mass amounts in evrey state on every shelf in north america, not possible unless there are many ADDITIVES PUT INTO THESE DANGEROUS PRODUCTS!!!!!!!! PEOPLE DONT BE FOOLED!The answer is right in front of you. you dont need a doctor to tell you. Just look at the shelves when your at the store....... read the labels, read the labels.......

What did the doctor say? I am 36 now and I've had them for years. It started on my leg and several have moved up now I have one on my left arm. They are always on my left. Worried they could be blood clots moving to my heart

I have them on my chest and arms too. The dermatologist explained it to me but can't remember what she said, what I can remember is because she said it's nothing to worry about! that some people get them when getting older.

God bless you. I have them too and I'm your age. We both need to go to the dermatologist. But besides that you need to get out and make some friends and get a cat please. You live longer And happier if you have connections, someone to look after you and another heartbeat in your house. And relationship with God. Please take care of yourself
