I had my last menstruation on 15 Jan and ended it on 18 Jan.on the 25,26 and 29 Jan I had an unprotected sex and on 31 Jan and 1 Feb I experience a spot of blood in my pant.what could possibly be wrong with me?

It may be ovulation bleeding that you saw. The timing would be right for it and it is a bit early for implantation bleeding.
There is a chance of pregnancy as well.
You need to wait at least two weeks after having sex to test.
