i have a friend that has some serious problems with lying about ...time?

Not always but many times we would agree on a meeting time as specific time, or around it. (sure people can be late)

When that time comes he would say he will be there in 5 minutes. And that "i will be there soon in 5 mins" can continue up to 8 hours, i think the record was 24hours of constant "hold on,i am really here soon! 10mins tops!"

i would ask him several times that it is OKAY if he has things to do, just say i will cant make it or that i can be there in 8 hours. Just don't keep people on the edge that you will be here in 5 minutes??

I know he is doing it to several other people, not just me. It just gets seriously annoying if he feels he can get away with it, like with his friends.

I think he has or had antisocial disorder, he was lying about everything before, got little better now but still does it even tho he knows his friends can read quite easily.

So is this still antisocial disorder, or this is some sort of whatever new time disorder that just there to annoy people?
