Yes, you can get pregnant by precum.
It is considered NOT to contain sperm if he has NOT recently ejaculated however. That mean since the last time he urinated.
There is always a chance however.
It is extremely early for you to have any signs/symptoms from having sex last night. Conception is not instantaneous and it also takes time for implantation. You CAN have pains from just having sex.
