I think my member is going to be too big by the time it's done growing. I started puberty when I was 11yrs old. At that time my penis was about 4.5 inches long and about 1.25 inches across. I'm now 14.5 yrs old and soft this thing is way big. I just measured it and it's over 7.75 inches soft. It's about 11 inches hard. Soft it's almost 2inches across and hard it's 2.5 inches across. I wear boxer underwear and the thing I really hate is that when I run or in gym my penis falls out of my boxers and I have to get it back in without anyone seeing me doing that.
