Hello. I'm 17 year old and perfectly healthy male. But just recently I have been diagnosed with this very weird condition and I would really like if someone could tell me more about it.
About a month ago there was a serious and very detailed medical examination of all members of school football team because, big league was approaching and we had to have medical charts of all players. They were checking the heart and muscle functions as well as the complete body check up! What scared me is that, during the ultrasound examination, doctor found out that I have something called testicular microlithiasis. Can someone tell me anything about it!?

Hello. I have just read your post and decided to help you because I see that you're a bit worried.
You see, as you probably assume- we are not talking about any dangerous disease and, you would have probably never find out for this, if it wasn’t for this examination.
Basically, we are talking about condition where little bits of calcium are forming in the testicles.
It is almost impossible to detect without ultrasound examination because it often produces no symptoms.
The real cause is still unknown and for now- there are no treatments for it.

What are the side effects of testicular microlithiasis? Can this affect maintaining the erections?
